Terms of service.
Coaching sessions and blocks
Prices are confirmed to you in writing before you book. Payment is by cash or bank transfer: single sessions on the day, and a 5-session block at its first session. Sessions are 45 minutes. A 5-session block is valid for ten weeks from the first session, at a standing weekly time. Indoor lane sessions carry a surcharge, confirmed in writing before you book.
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice are moved at no cost. Sessions cancelled inside 24 hours, or missed without notice, count as used. If we cancel a session for any reason, including selection, fixtures or weather, it is rescheduled or refunded at your choice, and any block expiry is extended accordingly. Block expiry is also paused while we are unavailable because of published playing commitments.
Founding rate
The founding block rate is available to the first ten players until 31 December 2026, in exchange for an honest written review after the block. You are not obliged to make the review positive.
Film review
We commit to a first reply to any message within 48 hours. We do not commit to a fixed film review turnaround: reviews are batched around the professional playing calendar, and current availability is published on the website.
Clubs and schools
Programs for clubs and schools are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, travel, insurance and child safety. These terms apply only where that agreement is silent.
Assumption of risk
Cricket carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and must disclose any injury or medical condition relevant to training before a session. Coaching advice is general to the sport and is not medical, physiotherapy or nutrition advice.
Results
No outcome is guaranteed. Selection, performance and improvement depend on factors outside our control, including the work done between sessions. Nothing on this site is a promise of selection, a contract, or any particular result.
Video you send us
You keep ownership of any video you send. You give us permission to view and comment on it to coach you. We will not publish or share your footage without asking you first, in writing.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
